Meet the Owner

My name is Ethan Parker.

Buying our first home was supposed to be an exciting milestone for my wife and I, but it quickly turned into a nightmare due to a lack of professional inspections. As first-time home buyers, we did not understand what home inspections could provide. Our home not only cost us thousands of dollars to repair, but it was also a health hazard due to excessive water damage and mold growth that was not disclosed. While dreaming of the life I wanted, I realized opening my own home inspection business would prevent this from happening to other first-time home buyers. This is where it all began.

My wife and I have been married since 2014. We have two amazing daughters that you might see around the office. I’ve been in the Army National Guard since 2008 where I am part of the breaching and breaking team for structural buildings for natural disasters. In my free time, I enjoy making music, playing drums on the worship team at church, and spending time with my family.

The business was built on integrity and dedication to our clients to ensure we can provide full, educational, and valuable reports to avoid experiencing what my wife and I did.
